💰 Payments
How do I pay for a service?
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. You can pay with card, Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, Telecel, AirtelTigo), or bank transfer. You'll receive an invoice with a "Pay Now" button.
When is payment due?
Payment is due within 7 days of receiving your invoice. If unpaid after 7 days, the booking automatically expires and you'll need to submit a new request.
What is the transport fee?
The transport fee covers the provider's travel to your location. It's set by our Booking Officer based on distance and goes 100% to the provider (no commission is taken from it).

Are the providers really verified?
Yes. Every provider undergoes Ghana Card verification, qualification review, and identity confirmation before they can accept bookings. This process typically takes 48 hours.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Submit a complaint through your dashboard. Our HR team responds within 24 hours. For payment issues, we aim to respond within 4 hours.
Can I request the same provider again?
Yes! When submitting a request, you can specify a preferred provider. If they're available at your requested time, we'll match you with them.
👷 For Providers
How do I get paid?
Payouts are processed every Friday via Mobile Money. You need a minimum of GHS 50 in earnings to receive a payout. The CEO approves payouts before they're disbursed.
What commission does NestCareGh take?
We retain a percentage of the service fee (currently 15%) as our commission. The transport fee is passed through to you in full — no commission is taken from it.
How long does verification take?
Typically within 48 hours of submitting your application. You'll receive an email with your login details once approved.

How is my data protected?
We comply with Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843). Sensitive data like Ghana Card numbers are encrypted. We never share your data with third parties except as needed for service delivery (e.g., Paystack for payments).
Are payments secure?
Yes. All payments go through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card details never touch our servers.
